With Christmas just around the corner and Hereford looking particularly beautiful at this time of year, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you 🙂
In July I made the move from Spain to the UK and set up Elite Performance Therapy here in Hereford. Six months on, I’m genuinely touched by the welcome I’ve received and by the trust so many of you have placed in me. The conversations we’ve had – both on and off the treatment table – have made settling in far easier and more enjoyable than I could have hoped! Hereford is a lovely place to live and work, and I feel very fortunate to be part of this community.
Thank you for choosing to come and see me, for your kind words, and for the many referrals you’ve sent my way. It means a great deal.
A glimpse of 2026 !
Next year I’ll be adding a few new treatment options that I think will be genuinely helpful:
• ElectroAcupuncture – particularly effective for sciatica, nerve pain, and stubborn tendon issues; research shows faster, deeper relief than standard acupuncture or dry needling
• Shockwave Therapy – excellent for chronic tendon conditions such as plantar fasciitis and tennis/golfer’s elbow
• Specialist spinal articulation & mobilisation – gentle, segment-by-segment techniques to unlock stiff mid- and lower-back joints and ribs; perfect for desk-bound backs, golfers and anyone who feels restricted day-to-day
I’ll also be based regularly at Herefordshire Golf Club and collaborating with WeWearBoost to support women returning to exercise after mastectomy.
