I have to say that my experience has been nothing other than incredible. It was my first Marathon and Isy took care of my body and my nutrition and she was with me ‘in my sessions’ but also stayed with me ‘outside’ and checked in post to see how I was. Her wealth of knowledge and experience is second to none and my advice is embrace what she offers and go with it because it works. If you are looking for a nice massage and cup of tea then Isy is not for you. If you are serious and looking for results then be brave, be all in and go with her and you will get what you need. For me - that was a complete first marathon, feeing good and more to come ….and Isy will be part of the next journey when I decide what it is. However after a preliminary chat where I reeled off various back and leg issues she set to work trying to resolve those. With the acupuncture, massage and exercise program I soon started to see a difference. Isy would check in with me regularly and was very encouraging throughout. I have been seeing Isy for the last 4 months. I initially contacted her because of leg and lower back pain that was starting to cause me problems with hiking and standing still. Isy quickly identified some long standing issues and set to work on me. She has worked wonders and more recently has helped me train/prepare for an epic adventure to hike to the summit of Mt Kilimanjaro.
